Best version at this time: Confluence 10.2 and Jira 11.3 (LTS)
We recommend our customers to use the LTS (“Long Term Support”) versions of Confluence and Jira, to be on the mainstream version of both app.
Confluence 11 and Jira 12 are just published (October 2026), we’ll provide more news about the adoption on this page.
Our support policy
We support LTS versions of Confluence for 2 years, which means:

Confluence 8.5 and 9.2 are not supported, starting from November 2026,

Confluence 10.2 will be supported until December 2027.

Confluence 11.0 will be supported until 11.1 comes out.
