Contents of the release
This is a major new feature for customers: Requirement Yogi saves the history of requirements! See the documentation: History
In this release cycle:
-
In 4.4.0 PUblished , we’re adding the history of requirements,
-
In 4.4.1 Planned , we plan to add the history for the other entities, and perhaps fix any bug reported in the previous release,
-
In 4.4.2 Future , we plan to make it possible to restore old versions of records (saved traceability matrices, etc. — everything except requirements).
Also, Confluence 8.5 is end-of-life, please upgrade to Confluence 9.2 as per our Compatibility matrix.
Risk assessment
-
There is no major change in this release,
-
We have updated some NPM libraries, and Javascript errors are always the least visible during testing,
-
We have removed Javascript code for old screens which were replaced in 4.2,
Medium The risk is not nil because of the NPM updates, but it is still low.
Legacy features
-
Both the indexing v1 and v2 are still available,
-
Confluence 8.5.0 is still compatible,
-
Confluence 10.0 will be available in a separate release named 4.4.0-c10.
We encourage customers to use Confluence 9.2 LTS at this time (September 2025) and evaluate a migration to the Cloud.
